This is designed for anyone hoping to work/help in chalets during the season.
It is not a full training for a Chalet Chef, but it does cover much of the basics
and is the perfect starting point before applying for a job if you wish to do
the Ski season!
It will include discussion and advice on - breakfast, tea, dinner, canapes, shopping, budgeting, special diets, freezing & food storage, Health & Safety, menu planning, presentation…. in two days of intense cooking covering stocks, soups, starters, pastry, puddings & baking; vegetables, pasta, rice, eggs, fish & meat cookery and loads of recipes!

Price: £210 for 12 weeks (with holiday breaks)
Students will work in Groups of 4-6 according to the level they are at. For instance Bronze will require 12 weeks of 1 hour each time. They will learn a new technique
each week and are then required to write up their recipe. They will take their food home after group tastings and discussion.
