If you have always wanted to try your hand at making pasta you
will love this day! Floury, messy, very hands-on and also very tasty.
Besides the kneading, rolling, shaping, cooking and flavouring of
pasta, we will make various pasta dishes; a selection of classics -
like Bruschetta and delicious griddled vegetables;pesto
or tomato sauce for your pasta; Melanzane Parmigiani – a
vegetarian layered aubergine dish with 3 cheeses; maybe
a seasonal risotto and if time a pudding or two....
