This is designed for anyone hoping to work/help in chalets during the season.
It is not a full training for a Chalet Chef, but it does cover much of the basics
and is the perfect starting point before applying for a job if you wish to do
the Ski season!
It will include discussion and advice on - breakfast, tea, dinner, canapes, shopping, budgeting, special diets, freezing & food storage, Health & Safety, menu planning, presentation…. in two days of intense cooking covering stocks, soups, starters, pastry, puddings & baking; vegetables, pasta, rice, eggs, fish & meat cookery and loads of recipes!
