These classes can be for groups or individually if you prefer,
then you can design your own day at your own speed.
Starting with the correct chopping and preparation of vegetables and herbs for stocks, soups
and sauces, through a complete roast meal, working with eggs for both mayonnaise and puddings; handling fish and meat, cooking rice and pasta, and making some easy yet delicious weekday suppers.
