plan some delicious recipes to make eating more enjoyable
and stress free.
Discovering that you or a member of your family has diabetes, or an allergic reaction to ingredients such as Gluten or Dairy foods, can really throw your normal household cooking approach into disarray and be very worrying too. I can prepare a day that will answer some of your worries as well as show you how to create suitable meals with minimal change to your usual cooking methods.
For instance Coeliac (gluten free) diets require the use of special wheat free products – but you can still make delicious family meals such as Spicy vegetable and Chick Pea casserole, Red Pepper and Courgette Mousse, Mushroom Stroganoff Pancakes, Prawn Ratatouille Tartlets, Chocolate Brownies, Lemon and lime curd tart.
